You can cancel your order anytime after placing it, but only before it has been confirmed. Once the order is confirmed, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. If your order is canceled before confirmation, your payment will be refunded within 48–72 hours of the cancellation request.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. For credit/debit card or net banking refunds, please allow 12 to 18 business days for the amount to be credited to your account. While we understand this might cause some inconvenience, delays are subject to the bank's processing times, which are beyond our control. Refunds to e-wallets are usually processed within 24 hours, though during peak periods, it may take up to 15–18 business days.
